Rooted in Spartanburg. Here for your pet.
Since 2013, Palmetto Animal Clinic has cared for pets and the people who love them in Spartanburg and the surrounding community. Founded by Dr. Stefanie Gagliardi, our clinic brings veterinary medicine and a welcoming atmosphere together on Southport Road.
Our colorful, Charleston-inspired setting reflects the spirit of our practice: approachable, thoughtful, and centered on the bond you share with your pet. Behind those familiar palmetto trees is a team dedicated to helping your companion stay healthy through every stage of life.
Experience with a personal connection
Dr. Gagliardi earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Clemson University and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Her lifelong love of animals helped shape a practice where medicine and compassion belong together.
Today, our veterinary team brings interests spanning small-animal medicine, reproduction, rehabilitation, emergency medicine, and surgery. From preventive visits to diagnostic testing and treatment, our focus is on your pet’s needs and helping you understand their care.
Growing to meet your needs
In 2024, we expanded with Palmetto Animal Urgent Care. Our urgent-care service offers additional support when your pet needs attention outside your regular veterinarian’s hours, with on-site diagnostics and medical and surgical care.
Whether you’re welcoming a new companion, caring for an old friend, or facing an unexpected concern, we’re here to help.
We look forward to getting to know you and your pet.
